Overview
Total Forklift T1 series 5.0-7.0t diesel forklift are combined with durability and ergonomics,providing productivity.Equipped with specifically designed forklift engine and transmission,and driving axle,the forklifts are driven by a strong power train with low noise,low vibration,low fuel consumption.
Unique HPSS (Hydraulic Power Steering System) works to help reduce steering effort and reduce fatigue over long time operation.Completely hydraulic in design with no mechanical linkages,the smooth operation of this system help to eliminate kickback and oversteer characteristics.
Optional 2-stage stator torque converter helps to improve all-round work efficiency by providing smoother,fatigue-free operation

Overhead Safeguard
Robust Overhead Safeguard and its supporting frame form safe area to avoid the accident and protect the operator.
Throttling Valve
A throttling valve is set in the piping system.The mast won’t result in failing control of mast even some pipe are cracked.

OPS System (As Option)
Operator Presence System is available as an option,when the operator leave the seat or don’t sit with a safe position,the forklift cannot move,the mast cannot lower down.

The engine cover have almost 90 degree opening range and one-touch removal of the floorboard leave the technician with an easy access; Clear and reasonable layout in the engine cabin give the technician a clear mind of the whole structure.;No special tool or software to test when problem happen.
